My first speech addressing technology governance issue, “Chinese food delivery man trapped by algorithm”— technology ethics reflection form Meituan ( A Chinese e-commercial platform), trying to raise public awareness of surveillance and labor well being issues posed by algorithm and discuss potential solutions.
Speech at Peking University to discuss China’s strategy for digital technology governance and development form a global perspective, including legacy social media platforms to incoming generative Artificial Intelligence, trying to seek a proper path for China’s generative AI future based on lessons learned form social media.
I have also participated into multiple international debate contests concerning science and technology and society issues, communicating and exchanging opinions with students from all over the world!
Currently I’m researching and proposing Risk Assessment—A new approach to govern AI, which impose governance ahead of AI implementation, in Professor DeNardis’s Global Cyber Policy class!
